Parcels of smoked salmon and cream cheese dressed with lemon juice and poppy seeds

(V) Spicy oriental appetisers with a mint yoghurt sauce

(V) Feta cheese and coriander goujons

Mini savoury traditional Cornish and cheese and onion pasties

Savoury tartlets filled with Greenland prawns and dressed in a marie rose sauce

Pork chipolata sausages wrapped in bacon with a honey and grain mustard glaze

(V) Triangles of freshly made vegetarian pizza

Individual puff pastry parcels with a variety of fillings to include:

Salmon
Ham and Cheese
Mushroom

Bowls of traditional home-made coleslaw

New potato salad with a mint vinaigrette

Mixed leaf and herb salad with traditional French dressing

Tomato and onion salad with a garlic and chive vinaigrette

price of all the menus includes delivery within the Chester area, paper plates and napkins.  (China plates can be provided if preferred).  VAT is excluded and is charged at the current rate.
